The customer service is amazing, and Eni is friendly, funny, and down-to-earth. she's always so patient while I choose my designs and colors, and even with the more difficult designs, she never rushes and always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect.

The First Visit
We ask for a £20 deposit to secure your first appointment. This ensures a smooth start to your journey with us and helps us prepare for your unique style.
Service durations vary based on your design preferences. Acrylic manicures take 1.5 to 2 hours, BIAB treatments range from 1 to 1.5 hours, and Gel polish appointments are typically 30 to 60 minutes.
